All the applications received by students by email, post, individuals will be reviewed by all Committee members, Trustees and Chairman.

Method Of Implementation

• Screening Committee - Chairman, Trustees & Committee Members for screening initial applications.
  
• The Selected Candidates list will be sent to the Chairman for final decision.
  
• Screening process - Individual Interviews will be taken by the Committee members for approvals of final list of students/ candidates.
  
• Grant's will be dispersed in the month of June and December every year.
  
• Selected Candidates will be informed by mail
