Applicants scoring less than 75% marks will not be entertained. This will be the first Selection Criteria.
Students/ Applicants need to understand the fact that the Grants will not be provided forever. It would be a one-time opportunity provided to the students. But the continuation of providing grants to that same student would be left to the discretion of the Committee members and the Academic performance of the student.
Students are required to inform the Al-Hakeem Foundation of their Monthly Progress Report and Outstanding Achievements during his/ her Academic year. This would also be featured on the website as references.
The Grants/ Funds will be directly transferred to the Educational Institution/ College or University where the student is pursuing his education. Students will never be given the grants directly. Students would need to provide a Receipt of the payment to the Foundation.
The Grants/ Funds may be dispersed in installments or complete amount depending on the Academic course/ Institution the students has opted for.
Absolute Transparency will be maintained in handling the applications as well as the accounts of the Students/ Candidates.
Students need to provide the Applications forms duly filled in with authentic information. Any discrepancies found in the Personal/Professional/Family information, the applications will be disregarded immediately.
